Contact

There is one way to reach us and it is an email address. We do not run a contact form, because a form would collect information we have no reason to hold.

Messages are read by the Evropastar s.r.o. editorial team and are usually answered within a few working days. If your message concerns personal information, put Privacy request in the subject line and we will treat it under the process described in our Privacy Policy.

What we can help with

  • Corrections. If a sentence on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and which sentence.
  • Clarity. If a step is confusing, saying so is genuinely useful and has changed the wording before.
  • Broken links, including links to government sites that have moved.
  • Privacy requests, including access to or correction of any personal information we hold about you, and complaints about how we have handled it.
  • Questions about how this site is funded, which is also answered in full on the Affiliate Disclosure page.

What we cannot help with

We are not a game publisher and we are not anybody's support desk. If your question is about an account, a purchase, a refund, a ban or a game that will not start, the publisher of that game is the only party who can act on it, and their support route is the one to use. Step 3 of the course suggests bookmarking it for exactly this reason.

We also cannot diagnose your computer. The course explains how to read your own system information, but we cannot see your screen, and advice given blind about a machine we know nothing about would be worth less than nothing.

For matters that belong with an Australian authority, go to the authority directly: Scamwatch takes reports of scams, the Australian Cyber Security Centre is the route for reporting cybercrime, the eSafety Commissioner handles online safety complaints, the ACCC deals with consumer law, and the OAIC deals with privacy.

What happens to your message

Your email, the address it came from and anything attached to it sit in our mailbox until the matter is finished and then for the period set out in the Privacy Policy. We do not add you to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. We do not pass your message to anyone else unless the law requires it.
